Yes you can. Just add all the products you intend to buy into your shopping cart and then complete your order. This way you can save on any additional shipping  charges!

No, We don’t accept Cash on Delivery. If you are facing any problem processing the payment on our website. Please contact our customer desk @ 9109999979 & we will address the issue.

For all Pre-paid orders, once you place your order, your confirmation status will be automatically updated on your Account section. You will also get a confirmation email on your registered email address.

Shipping & Delivery

All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers partners. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an message with your package’s tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company’s website.

We ship products throughout India and all orders of Rs 499/-  and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 60/-  if your total order value is less Rs. 499/-.

Each product in your order is first properly wrapped and then placed in a sturdy carton. The box is then taped and prepared for shipping. 

No, We don’t have any physical stores. All of our product are sold online or via our offline distribution channel.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

We offer a wide range of the finest quality oils at affordable prices to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with any of our products, you can request a refund from us within 24 hours after the product is delivered to you.

You can return or exchange the product if you are not satisfied with it.
While returning, Please make sure that the oils are unused.

You will have to ship the product back to us at your own cost & we will also deduct the shipping charges incurred to deliver the product at our doorstep.

In case you received a damaged merchandise then you will get full refund for your money but you will have to return the product back to us at your own cost.

  • On account of the unavailability of the product, its depiction, or changes in price, Sunira Essentials preserves the right to cancel the product order & issue a full refund for your money.

    As Consumer, you retain the full right to cancel the order before the product is dispatched. After dispatch, the order will not be canceled, and the customer will have to accept it according to the terms and conditions.

In case of transit damages, users can return their product, but they must go through certain procedures to return it.

To initiate a return, the order Number, Picture of the damaged product & a detailed reason for returning should be provided by the customer over email.
After a thorough evaluation of the problem and post-approval, the product/products can be returned.
Customers must return the products in their original packing by Sunira Essentials at our return address supplied to you via email. The order number should be labeled very clearly mentioned on the packing.
