At Sunira Essentials, we are committed to give you the best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we don’t accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
However, you can return or claim an exchange for the product, only if your exchange request qualifies under this condition.
- If you received the product that has leaked or damaged in transit
In this case, you can claim an exchange for the product by writing us an email at email@example.com with the following details within 48 hours of the delivery date.
- Order Id
- Invoice Number
- Details of your request or complaint
- Images or videos to support the complaint with Batch details visible
Our exchange team shall review your complaint & post approval we shall arrange a reverse pickup provided it complies with our exchange policy. When the product reaches us, we shall issue an exchange for your product.
Exchange of products will be accepted only, if the products are returned in their original packing condition with the original receipt/tags intact and is subject to the following terms-
- Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking & approval.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
- Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
- No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
Under only these scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of your money:
- You received damaged merchandise.
- Product is not available in stock
You can claim for a refund within 24 hours after receiving the product.
The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive the product. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment of the order. The expected timelines are as below:
